A former WWE Superstar recently addressed his absence from AEW and how he was now enjoying this stage of his career. The star in question would be Ryan Nemeth.
Nemeth briefly competed at WWE's NXT from 2011-2013. He then joined AEW in 2021, competing in the promotion until 2023. This year, he suddenly began to compete on TNA, but he has yet to confirm his departure from the Tony Khan-led company. He also began teaming up with brother Nic (fka Dolph Ziggler) this year.
On Twitter, a fan expressed how they missed seeing him on AEW TV. Ryan Nemeth replied saying that he was now having the time of his life, making appearances for TNA. He even posted a picture of him and his brother after one of their matches on the promotion.
"No offense but I'm having the time of my life on @ThisIsTNA," Nemeth replied.
Nic Nemeth also talked about teaming up with the AEW star
Almost a week ago, Nic Nemeth also talked about what it was like teaming up with his brother, following their tag team match at TNA Against All Odds.
He spoke about this during a recent episode of Busted Open Radio. He discussed about how it was the coolest thing in the world. He wished to do something different as a tag team and make an impact in their own way.
“It’s the coolest thing in the world. We’ve had one tag match together ever, and it was 24 hours ago, so hopefully we can put it together against an extra-capable tag team, especially [with] the spotlight on us, PPV, TNA Against All Odds. Sold out, tonight, baby. Hopefully, we can come through with the big spotlight on us. We’re always trying to do something different. Ryan’s constantly writing these ideas and doing different things. He does most of the heavy lifting almost all the time.” [H/T: - Ewrestlingnews]
While their pay-per-view debut did not go according to plan, the Nemeth Brothers made an impact later in the night, as they came to the aid of The Hardy Boyz during the main event of the show. Now it remains to be seen what else the fans can expect to see from the duo.
