Former WWE stars' new faction name officially revealed 

A newly established AEW faction featuring two former WWE Superstars has just revealed their team name tonight on Rampage. This comes a month after the two would join forces. This would be the duo of Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie.

Last month, it was reported that the promotion had plans to build a stable around The Virtuosa. She also teased this in some video packages, as she wished to form a group with those who had her back in the past.

The star revealed that Valkyrie would be the first member of her faction. Both women had brief runs in NXT, but never really took off from there. In AEW, they have found themselves helping one another over the past few months, but now they have come together as an official faction.

Tonight, Taya Valkyrie faced Zoey Lynn in a singles match in what was such a one-sided affair. As she came out for her match, she was accompanied by Deonna Purrazzo. They came out with a new theme song, and on the big screen their faction was revealed to be called "The Vendetta".

It remains to be seen whether they'll stay only as a duo, or whether the former WWE Superstars could look to bring in more members.
