A former WWE personality is set to make his surprising in-ring return at AEW All In 2024. He hasn't competed inside the ring in more than a year.

The name in question is Stokely Hathaway. He has worked as a manager of several major stars throughout his career. In WWE, he managed Veer Mahaan and Sanga in NXT before going on to manage the Diamond Mine faction.
In AEW, he ended up managing prominent talents like MJF, The Firm, and now Kris Statlander. Last year, he was forced to face Hook in a singles contest, and in May 2023, he was part of The Firm Deletion Match against The Hardy Boyz.

Tonight on AEW Collision, Willow Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii issued a challenge for a mixed tag team match at the Zero Hour of All In. They wanted to face Kris Statlander and Hathaway in the ring.
Just as Hathaway was about to turn down the challenge, as he wanted someone else to be Statlander's partner, she accepted this on their behalf, forcing him to be a part of the contest.
Stokely Hathaway will have to be in the ring with both Nightingale and Ishii, who can be dangerous. It remains to be seen how he fares at the pay-per-view.

Enzo Curabo
Enzo is a Pro Wrestling journalist at Sportskeeda, reporting on AEW. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Studies, which influenced his decision of taking up sports writing professionally, and has been an avid fan of the athletic theater since childhood. He believes readers deserve authentic and unique content and aims to report in a manner which pro wrestling fans can easily relate to.
Growing up, Enzo admired former world champions like AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, Bryan Danielson, Triple H, and Randy Orton for their finishing moves. As an adult, he started to appreciate their character work, as they juggled between heel and babyface gimmicks.
If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
Other than pro wrestling, Enzo enjoys keeping up with Basketball, Football, and Formula One. He also loves watching films, playing video games, and listening to music.
