Fans hilariously reacted after a former WWE Superstar reportedly signed with AEW. The star being discussed is Rachael Ellering. She has been a top star in the independent circuit and has wrestled for over eight years.

The 31-year-old star was also part of WWE's NXT brand from 2016 to 2020. She wrestled her first match at the Tony Khan-led promotion in the Women's Tag Team Cup on August 10, 2020, and made her AEW Dark debut against Penelope Ford in a losing effort. She is the daughter of Paul Ellering, former manager of Road Warriors, and currently manages The Final Testament faction.

Rachael Ellering recently returned to the Jacksonville-based promotion after almost four years. She wrestled Thunder Rosa on the July 12 episode of Rampage. She also has been performing on ROH since 2023.

A recent report disclosed that the WWE veteran's daughter has signed a deal with AEW. Although Rachael didn't get the All Elite graphics, the former WWE star seems to have secretly signed with the Tony Khan-led promotion.

Fans on social media quickly reacted to the news and mocked the recent signing as she hasn't been a recognizable name. Triple H is hiring huge names from the industry. He recently signed Stephanie Vaquer, a talented star mostly associated with AEW.

Take a look at some of the reactions below:

WWE recently signed a name who debuted in AEW

Stephanie Vaquer made her debut in the Jacksonville-based promotion in June 2024 against Lady Frost. She wrestled a blockbuster match against Mercedes Mone at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in a Winner Takes All match. While she was still with CMLL, both the juggernaut companies showed interest in signing her.

Last week, Shawn Michaels confirmed Stephanie Vaquer's WWE arrival. This might have been a huge loss for Tony Khan as she recently wrestled for his promotion.

"Welcome to the WWE Family, @Steph_Vaquer. See you in Orlando!" he shared.

It will be interesting to see what is next for Rachael Ellering now that she is All Elite.
