AEW President Tony Khan has sent a heartfelt message to a veteran and a Hall of Famer in the pro wrestling business. The veteran endorsed this week's Dynamite on social media.

Sportskeeda Wrestling's Senior Editor Bill Apter has been a popular journalist and a photographer in the pro wrestling business since the 1970s. He has also been honored with the Hall of Fame induction by several indie wrestling promotions, such as the National Wrestling Alliance (2011), St. Louis Wrestling (2015), and New England Pro Wrestling (2019), among others.

Apter recently took to his X account and urged fans to watch the latest edition of AEW Dynamite, which emanated from the Hammerstein Ballroom. The aforementioned arena in NYC has hosted multiple shows, including the Ring of Honor Final Battle last Friday. Apter endorsed Dynamite with the following message, hoping that the company would soon return to the arena.

"If you're around tonight watch AEW Dynamite at 8 p.m. EST on TBS. The ambiance of the mixture of fans and matches at the NYC Hammerstein Ballroom is just amazing. It's got an old ECW feel to it. I hope they return to this venue soon!" he wrote.

AEW President Tony Khan took notice of the post and replied with a heartfelt message, admitting he has been following Bill Apter since the age of seven.

"Thank you, Bill! I’ve been reading your work since I was 7 [sic] years old, and to see your kind words on Christmas has made my day even brighter! God bless you, sir! Happy Holidays to you!" Tony wrote.

Tony Khan shares exciting news about AEW Dynamite

Before AEW Dynamite aired this week, Tony Khan stated on X that this would be the last time that fans would not be able to stream the Wednesday Night Show on MAX.

The company's new deal with WBD also includes simulcasting of the flagship show on MAX. The first simulcast will be on January 1, 2025. Khan said the following in his post:

"Tonight is last time that you won’t be able to stream #AEWDynamite on @StreamOnMax! The great news, you can see AEW Christmas Night Dynamite on @TBSNetwork, TONIGHT + every Wednesday! Starting next week #AEWFightForTheFallen, MAX + TBS tv every Wednesday! Merry Christmas to all!"

The excitement regarding AEW Dynamite coming to MAX is through the roof, as the company ushers in a new era. Only time will tell what Tony Khan has in store for the first simulcast episode next Wednesday.
