The dear departed Bray Wyatt was one of the most creative minds in professional wrestling. He could tell captivating and creative stories with the help of brilliant characters and memorable gimmicks. Additionally, he was a skilled in-ring competitor who had a variety of moves in his arsenal.

One of Wyatt's most feared weapons was Sister Abigail. It was a rolling, angled flatliner, which The Eater of Worlds had been using for a long time. This maneuver rose in popularity in the 90s because it was regularly used by Chris Kanyon. Eventually, Edge (Adam Copeland) and many others adopted this move. Recently, AEW star Jay White was accused of stealing Sister Abigail.

Just like The Deleter of Worlds' finisher, Jay White's finisher, 'Blade Runner', is also a rolling, angled flatliner. Even though it is quite similar to Sister Abigail, it is not a copy of the former WWE Champion's move. While speaking to Fightful, White stated that the inspiration behind Switchblade was Alex Shelley's Shellshock.

"Most people only know it as the Sister Abigail beforehand, so they're like, ‘oh, he took it from here!’ which is not true at all. I lived with Alex Shelley for the better part of a year. He was my first match in New Japan, we worked together, trained together in the dojo and stuff, so yeah. The Shellshock, that was his move, so that's where the origins of that came from. There's nothing to do with taking it from WWE at all," said the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.

Bray Wyatt was a skilled painter

After Bray Wyatt's passing, countless fans, wrestlers, and veterans paid tribute to him. Interestingly, in a conversation with Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, former WWE star EC3 revealed that the 36-year-old was secretly a skilled painter.

"Windham Bray was painting pictures, and nobody knew, like an artist. These amazing pictures, like looking at them, I was like, 'Who painted these,' and it was him," said EC3.

Bray Wyatt passed away in his sleep on August 24, 2023. He was a two-time WWE Universal Champion.
