Chris Jericho is a former WWE Superstar who is currently signed to AEW and is the current ROH World Champion. He has had multiple runs in the Stamford-based company and has held numerous titles throughout his career. Interestingly, he once got into a real backstage fight against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2016.
At the aforementioned premium live event, Lesnar locked horns with Randy Orton in the main event, while the team of Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens battled Enzo Amore and Big Cass in a non-title match. In a 2022 appearance on the True Geordie podcast, The Learning Tree leader revealed that he was enraged to see the 47-year-old bust The Viper open with vicious punches in their match.
Jericho confronted Lesnar backstage. Additionally, he recalled that The Beast uttered homophobic terms during this face-off at the Gorilla Position:
"I remember being literally nose-to-nose with the guy [Lesnar], and he was laughing - and he was actually saying things that would probably get him canceled if I said them, like homophobic terms you shouldn't be saying," said Y2J. [From 34:03 to 34:17]

Britt Baker on AEW star Chris Jericho helping her before a match
In March 2021, Britt Baker faced Thunder Rosa in an unsanctioned "Lights Out" Match on AEW Dynamite. This bout was utterly barbaric and was one of the most vicious showdowns of that year.
The D.M.D. recently appeared on the DDP YOGA YouTube channel and had an in-depth conversation with Diamond Dallas Page. In this interaction, she revealed that she was quite nervous before the aforementioned match because of a risky spot she was supposed to do. However, Jericho tried to calm her down:
"That was the most nervous I've ever been in my life. I never did a table bump before. Jericho sent me a video beforehand of how to do it, and it was the funniest thing ever. I'll save it 'til the end of time," said Baker. [H/T: Wrestling Inc.]
Jericho signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019. He is a former AEW World Champion.
