A member of the House of Black faction heavily praised Buddy Matthews for the latter's in-ring performance on AEW Dynamite this week. Buddy also teased ditching the aforementioned faction after the show.
Brody King had some great words for Buddy Matthews after The Juggernaut's amazing performance. Last night on AEW Dynamite, Buddy had a hard-hitting and athletic showdown against Will Ospreay. After The Aerial Assassin defeated The Best Kept Secret, Ospreay told Buddy that he and Brody didn't need any leader.
Ospreay possibly hinted at Buddy ditching Malakai Black and leaving House of Black in his post-match promo. After Dynamite went off the air, Matthews dropped a tease while addressing his loss against Will Ospreay in an exclusive promo. The former WWE star admitted that Will's "words didn't go to deaf ears," implying he might give it a thought.
Meanwhile, Brody King showered praise on Buddy Matthews' performance on Dynamite. Brody took to X (Twitter) to praise some cool moves performed by The Juggernaut in the match against Will Ospreay.

Buddy Matthews shared pictures with Rhea Ripley in his New Year post
The Best Kept Secret recently shared a heartfelt post on Instagram on the occasion of New Year 2025. The AEW star shared pictures with his wife, Rhea Ripley, as well as his friends and family, along with the following message:
"2024 was 365 days of memories, from marrying my best friend, to wrestling highs & lows, universal/Vegas trips, Family/Friends visiting, buying another house, and our little family growing by 1 [sic]; can easily say Best Year thus far!! Onto 2025!"
Only time will tell what 2025 has in store for Matthews after his match against Will Ospreay on AEW Dynamite this week.
