The WWE and AEW legend, Taz, provided an update on his health amid his absence from TV due to surgery. The veteran was written off TV through a Kayfabe attack.

Taz has been a vital part of the AEW commentary team for the past few years. However, he has not been on TV for quite some time now due to undergoing surgery. He was also written off TV, citing an attack in the parking lot, and the attackers were later revealed to be Christian Cage and The Patriarchy.

Furthermore, Taz's son, HOOK, has been feuding with Christian Cage ever since the Kayfabe attack. Taz is currently in the recovery phase after knee replacement surgery and provided the latest health update.

The ECW legend took to 'X' (fka Twitter) to inform the fans that his knee rehabilitation was going well after the surgery. Furthermore, Taz also stated that he has been training hard, and his knee is healing rapidly.

"I know a lot of u asked & have sent me good wishes in my rehabilitation of my knee… Just a quick update. It’s going really well! I’ve been training really hard at PT & my knee is healing/getting strong rapidly!" Taz wrote.

AEW star recently made disgraceful comments about Taz

As mentioned earlier, AEW star, Christian Cage, has been feuding with Taz's son, HOOK, as he was the one who attacked Taz in the parking lot. During a promo segment, Christian said to Hook's face that he wished his father was dead.

"And right now, I'm regretting my decision to not take things with Taz a little bit further because, as I survey this arena, it's pretty clear to me nobody cares if Taz is alive. I need you HOOK, and in this very moment, I'm gonna tell it to your face; I wish your father was dead!" Cage said.

Henceforth, only time will tell when Taz will make his return to AEW television as a commentator.
