An AEW star provided a massive update on her injury status. The star being discussed is none other than Kamille. She has been absent for the past couple of weeks.
The Brickhouse debuted at the Blood and Guts event in July 2024. She acted as a henchwoman to Mercedes Mone. A few months after her debut, the TBS Champion expressed frustration toward the 32-year-old star as she failed to fulfill Mone's commands. A couple of months ago, she injured her hand. Despite not being cleared, Mercedes forced her to fight her enemies.
On the November 27 edition of AEW Dynamite, The Brickhouse announced that she would no longer be associated with the TBS Champion. She was later attacked on the next Rampage episode and hasn't been featured on AEW TV since then.
While speaking with Covalent TV, Kamille claimed she would soon be cleared to wrestle. The 32-year-old star also said she didn't wear a sling due to the doctor's advice.
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
“As you can see, I’m not wearing the sling today. The doctor said it was a good day where I can stretch it out. I’m close to being completely cleared, so I was feeling, with knowing I was getting healed up, I was thinking, ‘This lady has been talking to me crazy for a while." she said. [H/T - eWrestlingNews]
Konnan believes AEW 'diluted' Kamille
The Brickhouse tried to take on Mercedes Mone's opponents before they could attack her and took the beating for the TBS Champion.
While speaking on Keeping It 100 OFFICIAL, veteran Konnan stated that her booking had weakened Kamille's character too early.
"They got to her too early and diluted her effectiveness," Konnan said. "Just about everybody, from Shida to Statlander to Britt Baker. Everybody got to her. That's not much of a bodyguard," he said.
It remains to be seen when the 32-year-old star will return to the Jacksonville-based promotion.
