A huge update related to former WWE Divas Champion Saraya (fka Paige) has emerged amid her absence from AEW TV. The English professional wrestler has not been on TV for over a month.
The former AEW Women's World Champion has had a disappointing year in Tony Khan's promotion. The Outcasts leader recently lost in her feud with Jamie Hayter. She also lost the number one contender's Four-way match for the Women's World Title in her last in-ring outing on the October 8 edition of Dynamite. Saraya has since not been seen on television.
Meanwhile, there is an update on what the 32-year-old has been up to amid her absence from All Elite Wrestling. The former WWE Divas Champion is all set to narrate the audiobook version of her upcoming memoir, Hell in Boots: Clawing My Way Through Nine Lives.
Notably, in September 2024, the erstwhile Paige announced that her book was available for pre-order.

Saraya (fka Paige) says a former WWE star is pissing her off backstage
The erstwhile Paige and former WWE Superstar Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) have a lot of history from their days together in the Stamford-based promotion. Saraya was also forced to retire after an injury during a tag match against Mone years ago. However, she returned to in-ring duties after joining AEW in 2022.
In the recent edition of her Mone Mag newsletter, Mercedes Mode jokingly claimed that The Outcasts leader had been pissing her off backstage.
"As far as Saraya goes, I heard she just signed a new deal with AEW, which is perfect for us to continue our story. She’s been really pissing me off backstage lately, too, thinking that her dog Roxy is cuter than Ryu. I think NOT!" Mercedes Mone wrote.
Only time will tell when the reigning AEW TBS Champion and Saraya will have the much-anticipated showdown in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
