Road Dogg, whose birth name is Brian Girard James, is currently the Senior Vice President of Live Events at WWE. He is best known for being a member of the popular faction, D-Generation X, and one-half of The New Age Outlaws with current AEW star, Billy Gunn.

Road Dogg is close to several fellow wrestlers, including AEW star Jeff Jarrett. He and the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion worked together in the WWF and TNA. Unfortunately, Jarrett had a drinking problem for a long time. He finally quit in 2017 and has been sober ever since. Recently, the 57-year-old shared a photo of his Sobriety coin on X (fka Twitter), celebrating seven years of sobriety.

Road Dogg, who was visibly glad to see the progress of this friend, quote-retweeted this picture with the caption.

"God and I love you."

Former WWE star Jeff Jarrett opens up on competing in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament

Jeff Jarrett was one of the participants of the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, alongside Claudio Castagnoli, Jay White, Bryan Danielson, and more. Even though he was eliminated in the first round itself, he was glad to be a part of it. Interestingly, the team of him and Owen Hart once held the WWF Tag Team Championship.

"I'm grateful for it. It's not easy. It's painful at times. But you know, it is my opportunity to talk about him, to talk about Owen, and just...you know, I had this thought over the weekend that...when I think about everything that with...out of all the people that were part of that show that night in May of 1999," said Jarret.
