A 26-year-old AEW wrestler has said that he had made the right choice when it came to him to choose to either stay with the company or go to WWE. This was a big coup for Tony Khan.
Daniel Garcia’s future was a topic of great interest recently as there were rumors that he was going to WWE. However, he put those rumors to bed when he revealed that he signed a new deal with All Elite Wrestling.
He has now revealed that he made the right choice when it came to signing a new deal as he wanted what was best for him. Daniel Garcia was speaking on Close Up with Renee Paquette when he said:
"I feel like, you know, I'm 26 years old, and this was one of the biggest decisions I've ever had to make in my life, and I think I made the right one. You just kind of have to figure out what's best for you and what's best for the people around you, and it's not always an easy decision or easy answer to come up with." [H/T - WrestlingInc.]

Daniel Garcia says AEW culture is good for him
In the same interview, Daniel Garcia stressed about how he could have fitted in anywhere but he pointed out the culture in AEW as a turning point.
He also said that he wanted to be a part of it, where he felt he had a lot to offer as well. He said:
"I think, stylistically-wise, I can fit in anywhere, but I think culture-wise, environment-wise, I think this is a really good place for me, and I feel like it's something that I want to be a part of, and it's something I feel like I can help as well."
Since signing the new deal, he has been embroiled in a feud with Jon Moxley and the Blackpool Combat Club. He will be hoping that this feud will push him into the main event scene in AEW sooner than later.
