Ric Flair has reportedly left AEW. A former WWE star has now commented on The Nature Boy's exit.
Matt Morgan is the latest to weigh in on Ric Flair leaving AEW. Flair joined AEW last year to be involved in Sting's retirement tour. It was reported that this was part of a multi-year deal between All Elite Wrestling and the 'Wooo! Energy' drink. However, Flair has been absent from AEW television since Sting's retirement match.
It was recently reported that the partnership between AEW and Wooo! Energy has come to an end. This means that Flair could also be done with the company. Speaking on his Gigantic Pop podcast, Matt Morgan said that he is sure Flair will return back to WWE under a Legends deal.
"Good for him. He'll be on legends contract once again 'oh man, but didn't you see Dark Side of the Ring' I will bet my house it'll be under a WWE legends contract before we know it." [From 25:36 to 25:52]

Matt Morgan calls Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan as the biggest pillars of the wrestling industry
Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan were two of the biggest wrestling stars in the '80s and are credited for much of the mainstream success professional wrestling has received over the years. However, both men have been proven to be controversial in the past which has led many people to question their credibility.
During the same podcast episode, Matt Morgan believes that whether people like it or not Flair and Hogan are two of the biggest pillars of the wrestling industry. He even went so far as to say that WrestleMania wouldn't have been as successful if it weren't for Hogan.
"Whether you like him or not personally, he is one of the very, and I know AEW ruined this, but he's one of the very biggest pillars of our wrestling business. Him and Hulk Hogan who people don't like either, tough s**t. If they were not who they were in the '80s I'm sorry we probably would not have wrestling. I believe that with all my heart. I don't think it would last because WrestleMania wouldn't have lasted if it was not Hulk Hogan that they made the baby face in that." [From 25:55 to 26:30]
It will be interesting to see what is next in store for Ric Flair after his alleged exit from AEW.
