“I wouldn’t be surprised if Kevin Owens left” - WWE Universe reacts to The Prizefighter’s ongoing AEW rumors

The WWE Universe gave its verdict after reports that AEW would be interested in signing Kevin Owens. Given his talent, this should not come as a surprise to anyone.

Rumors came out earlier today that The Prizefighter has yet to sign a contract extension. With his WWE deal expected to expire at the end of the year, Tony Khan is interested in bringing him to AEW.

Now, the fans have had their say on the matter, and most of them have said that they would not be surprised to see Kevin Owens leave for AEW since he has achieved everything there is to accomplish in the company.

Others said that they would love to see him reunite with Chris Jericho, as they had a great time together as a tag team a few years back. One fan also compared his potential signing with AEW to when Jon Moxley signed with the company.

Kevin Owens could turn on Cody Rhodes, says WWE analyst

WWE analyst Sam Roberts predicted that Kevin Owens will turn on Cody Rhodes after Survivor Series.

The two stars went head-to-head for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Bash in Berlin, and many fans were under the impression that Owens would betray the American Nightmare there and turn heel. However, that did not happen.

Sam Roberts was speaking on his NotSam Wrestling podcast when he said:

"If I had to pick a time for Kevin Owens to turn, it would be the SmackDown after Survivor Series. It would be Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens on one WarGames team," Roberts continued. "And then Kevin Owens turns on Cody Rhodes the SmackDown after Survivor Series maybe because they lose, I don't know. Maybe Kevin Owens is the one that takes the pin and then we go, maybe the main event of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view is Kevin Owens vs. Cody with Kevin Owens as a bad guy."

It will be interesting to see what happens with Owens and how his current contract situation affects the storyline.
