WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Jade Cargill recently made an interesting statement after her controversial comments about AEW resurfaced. The 32-year-old left All Elite Wrestling to sign with WWE last year.

The former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill recently revealed that she was thrown into her Dynamite debut without any guidance and she didn't know how a heel is supposed to act. Cargill did find some mentors in the form of CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, and Cody Rhodes in All Elite Wrestling.

After seeing a tweet about her previous comments on X (formerly known as Twitter), the WWE Women's Tag Team Champion said that this is old news and she's now focused on new goals.

"This is old. You’ve all heard it before. Can we please turn the page. I’m focused on another goal. Thanks guys. NEXT."

Dutch Mantell believes Jade Cargill still needs to improve in the ring

Jade Cargill became one of the biggest female stars of AEW and had a lengthy reign with the TBS Championship. She shocked the world after leaving All Elite Wrestling and inking a deal with WWE in 2023. However, many have noted how The Storm still needs some work on her in-ring work.

In a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, WWE veteran Dutch Mantell claimed that the Women's Tag Team Champion still needs a lot of work. He noted how Bianca Belair has been performing well but Cargill needs improvement and questioned how long she has been in the business.

"That girl still needs a lot of work. She still looks hesitant. I guess if it's not laid out in the planning, she looks great, but she looks lost. During the match, she doesn't know where to go, what to do, where to be. So, the other girl, Bianca, she has got it down. But Cargill, how long has she been in the business, two years? More?"

WWE will seemingly book a storyline between Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill once they lose the Women's Tag Team Titles. It will be interesting to see if the company turns Jade heel during the rumored feud.
