Jeff Hardy's AEW exit left many fans disappointed but now they have a reason to celebrate as his first match in more than four months has been announced. The Charismatic Enigma is all set to team up with his brother, Matt Hardy, to take on Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers in a tag team match on June 29th.
Matt exited AEW in April, followed by Jeff earlier this month. Their runs in the company didn't pan out as expected due to myriad reasons, including untimely injuries. The two have now reunited in TNA and look more energized than ever.
Though the former WWE Tag Team Champions haven't struck full-time deals with the promotion, they have been featured heavily of late. Now, TNA has announced a blockbuster match pitting Jeff and Matt Hardy against the duo of Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers at an upcoming show at the iconic 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

Jim Ross on Jeff Hardy's AEW lackluster career
Speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross recently opened up about the underwhelming run Jeff Hardy had in AEW despite his star power.
The veteran broadcaster believes Jeff's issues in the past may have made him unreliable and as such the company couldn't trust him to give him a major role in TV.
"It might have come down to reliability. You know, he had so many - I don’t want to say false starts, but he had several chances to get his ball rolling and get back in the game. It might be that. Because some of these experiences that preceded him were not real complimentary. You know, I remember talking to him, and I wanted to send him to rehab. And I told him that," Jim Ross said.
Jeff Hardy is among the most respected wrestlers in wrestling history and there's little doubt he would give his best no matter how much's left in the tank.
