Jon Moxley faces threat as AEW World Champion ahead of mega clash

Jon Moxley, the AEW World Champion, faces a major threat ahead of a mega clash this Wednesday on Dynamite. This will undoubtedly pique the fans' interest and ensure the match is thrilling.

Moxley successfully defended his World Title in a four-way match against Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Adam Page at Worlds End. However, his joy was cut short by the returning Adam Copeland, who laid out the gauntlet for his title.

On top of that, Powerhouse Hobbs won a gauntlet match last week on Dynamite to earn a shot at Jon Moxley’s title. Now, he has taken to Twitter to send out a warning to the leader of the Death Riders with a simple message.

He wrote:

“SHOCK THE WORLD.”

Moxley will no doubt have eyes at the back of his head to ensure he comes out of this match with his title still around his waist.

Powerhouse Hobbs believes Jon Moxley can do nothing to him

AEW Collision saw Powerhouse Hobbs cut a very intimidating promo on Jon Moxley. The former member of the Don Callis Family said some shocking things to the former WWE star.

Hobbs cut a backstage promo on Collision where he said that Moxley could not do anything to him despite his recent success. He also said that this coming Wednesday, he is going to make the AEW World Champion his "b*tch."

“There is nothing you can actually do to me. So this Wednesday, Cincinnati, Ohio, Mox, I am going to make you my b**ch.”

Hobbs is a very brave man because those sorts of statements from anyone else would have ensured they get a visit by Moxley’s assistants in Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta.

Hobbs will take on Moxley for his World Title at Dynamite: Maximum Carnage from Cincinnati, Ohio, which is also Moxley’s hometown.
