Former WWE star Malakai Black is the leader of the House of Black faction in AEW. Apart from him, this stable consists of Brody King, Buddy Matthews, and former TBS Champion Julia Hart.
It was recently reported that The Antihero was seemingly done with All Elite Wrestling. His last appearance was at AEW Full Gear 2024. Malakai Black shares a close relationship with his stablemates, including the youngest member, Julia Hart. In a recent interview with Denise Salcedo on YouTube, the 23-year-old was asked about the rumors of Black departing the Jacksonville-based company.
Hart responded to this question with optimism. The House of Black member said that she was thankful for her leader's positive impact on her career and added that she's not too concerned about the future of the faction.

“I think it will be okay. Whatever he [Malakai Black] decides to do is his business, and I wish him all the best no matter what. He has been such a great rock for me, and I appreciate everything he’s ever done with me. Also but, rumours aren’t confirmed or anything. I don’t know what exactly is going on. Anything could be happening. We don’t know,'' she said.

Malakai Black's career achievements
The Dutch professional wrestler is best known for his time in WWE and the German wrestling promotion, Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw). In the Stamford-based company, the erstwhile Aleister Black won the prestigious NXT Championship once. Furthermore, he is a one-time wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion and a two-time wXw World Lightweight Champion.
In Tony Khan's company, the 39-year-old held the AEW World Trios Championship once with his stablemates, Brody King and Buddy Matthews.
It will be interesting to see if Malakai Black returns to AEW TV in the coming weeks.
