Kevin Owens referenced a major AEW star just before WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. This will be great for the fans to see.

The Prize Fighter will be taking on Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at the iconic show which is going to restart today. To play some mind games, Kevin Owens wore a t-shirt with Cody’s brother, Dustin Rhodes' on it.

Dustin Rhodes as we all know spent the majority of his time in WWE known as Goldust and that is the exact t-shirt that Owens wore when walking into the arena. The Prizefighter is one such athlete who has great relations with almost every wrestler he comes across and it looks like the AEW star is a part of that nexus.

It will be interesting to see what Cody Rhodes will make of that and whether or not he will see this as some sort of mind game being played on the part of Owens.

Matt Hardy predicts result of Kevin Owens vs Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes will be putting his Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against Kevin Owens to headline Saturday Night’s Main Event. There has been a lot of animosity between the two in the buildup to this match.

Matt Hardy has now predicted the result of this bout and said that it could go either way but that in the end, Rhodes will retain. He was speaking on his The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast when he said:

"It's pro wrestling, so I would never say never and you never know. I like to keep it unpredictable. My guess is that they'll have a hell of a match but Cody will retain, but I don't know. I could also be wrong too. I think Cody is still going to ride high as the top guy and the number one babyface as the champion."

It is leading up to be a great show and the fans will be in for a treat when these two men go head to head inside the ring for the coveted title.
