WCW veteran Konnan was asked for an update regarding certain AEW stars heading to WWE. He did not provide any further update regarding this but potentially hinted that this was not the last to come.

The Lucha Brothers and their current contract talks have been something that is highly anticipated across the industry. The current belief is that they are on their way out of the Tony Khan-led promotion and are leaning toward heading to WWE. The duo has been associated with All Elite Wrestling since its inception in 2019.

During a recent edition of his Keepin' It 100 OFFICIAL podcast, Konnan was asked if he was a liaison for the negotiations between Penta El Zero Miedo, Rey Fenix, and WWE. He did not give a definite answer and just said to refer to his tweet that read "What comes around, goes around."

It is interesting to note that he tweeted this for the first time before the news broke out that Stephanie Vaquer had signed with the Stamford-based company despite AEW's interest in her. The latter part of his tweet may be a nod to the Lucha Brothers leaving, and he had hinted that this was not the last of it.

"I said it, and I'll say it again, what comes around, goes around part 2. And there will be a part 3," Konnan said. [4:08 - 4:16]

It would be interesting to see what the future has in store for the Lucha Brothers.

Penta El Zero Miedo clarifies he is still with AEW

Amid rumors and speculation that they were about to leave AEW, Penta El Zero Miedo himself took to social media to clarify that his current commitments still lie with the Jacksonville-based promotion.

On X/Twitter, a report came out saying that internally, WWE believes that the 39-year-old luchador could appear at the Performance Center this week. He debunked this saying that this was fake news and that he was still associated with the Tony Khan-led promotion.

With Penta's contract expiring between this month and next month, all eyes will be on him and Rey Fenix regarding their future. However, with reports suggesting that they are leaning toward a move to WWE, fans should stay tuned for further developments.
