AEW and ROH star Lio Rush accomplished the impossible at a show outside the Jacksonville-based promotion. He has now reacted to this achievement.
Lio Rush is one of the quickest in-ring performers whose speed is capable of throwing his opponents off their game with ease. What he lacks in size, he more than makes up for in speed. After leaving WWE, Rush has spent the last few years jumping from promotion to promotion in a bid to establish himself as one of the best wrestlers in the world.
Rush got close to this recently when he participated in the RevPro British J Cup tournament. Incredibly, the AEW star ended up winning the tournament. Following the win, he took to social media to express his delight over his achivement and the prestigious moment.
"Last night wasn’t a dream. Preparation met opportunity and I walked out of Stevenage as the 2024 #BritishJCup winner. [British flag emoji] is truly home. Thank you to the fans who have followed my journey in @RevProUK. We’re just getting started! Meet me today in Sheffield."

Lio Rush accuses Ricochet of ducking him in AEW
Ricochet made his AEW debut at All In by participating in the Casino Gauntlet Match. Following the match, the former WWE star has confronted Will Ospreay, teasing a potential match between both men.
While this was going on, a fan questioned when Lio Rush will step inside the ring with The One and Only star. Rush replied that he hasn't seen him yet and claimed that maybe Ricochet was ducking him.
"Hmm idk. I haven’t seen him. Maybe he’s ducking."

Given the in-ring skills and speed of both men, this should be an exciting contest whenever they finally face off against each other. The last time these two faced each other was in a tag match on an episode of Monday Night RAW in 2019.
