AEW star Luchasaurus (aka Killswitch) is currently on the shelf after a major health scare. His former Jurassic Express partner, Marko Stunt, sent out an emotional message regarding his friend on social media today.
Luchasaurus is a foundational talent for AEW and was a staple of the tag team division for the promotion's first few years. The big man is a former TNT, World Tag Team, and World Trios Champion, but he's currently in the hospital, and there's no indication of when he might return.
Marko Stunt recently announced his retirement from in-ring competition, but he's hoping to remain involved with the wrestling industry. Amid a slew of posts thanking fans, the promotions he's competed for, and his friends and partners, he delivered an inspiring message regarding his former stablemate:
"I know @luchasaurus has so much left to give. I hope you’re healing up well so you can come back and finish what was started. But finish it as you and who you know you are. Call me sometime."

Luchasaurus is currently on oxygen while recovering
The man now known as Killswitch suffered a nasty health scare in late September. While details were initially murky, reports have emerged that pneumonia and several other issues converged, which could be career-threatening.
In a recent update, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp revealed that Luchasaurus is nowhere near a return and is not even able to train at the moment. According to the report, the 39-year-old is on oxygen, and there's no timetable for his return to action.
"He's on oxygen. Nowhere near training for a potential return. Most medical professionals he's spoken to indicate, they think he'll be able to return but getting better physically is the primary goal. He's going to be on oxygen for a number of weeks," Sapp reported.
The former Jurassic Express member has been an integral part of Christian Cage's storyline in The Patriarchy, but fans know that his health is more important than anything on AEW television. Many have offered prayers and well-wishes for the big man, and fans remain hopeful that he'll make a full recovery.
