WWE superstar Natalya is a member of one of the most acclaimed wrestling families of all time: the Hart wrestling family. The members of the legendary family include names such as Owen Hart, Bret Hart, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Stu Hart, and more. Her father is Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, a two-time WWF Tag Team Champion and the real-life brother-in-law of WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart.

Natalya has been in World Wrestling Entertainment since 2007, making her one of the most experienced performers in the company. A few months ago, it was speculated that she was going to leave the Vince McMahon-founded promotion after 17 years when her contract expired. However, new reports suggest that she has signed a multi-year contract with the wrestling juggernaut. This will keep her with the company for many more years.

Interestingly, according to Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the 42-year-old had received interest from "the other side." He further explained that the offer she received was lucrative, however, she never entered free agent status because she simply decided to re-sign with the WWE.

"She re-signed. There was interest from the other side. She did not enter free agency - her contract had not expired yet."

"The other side" in the above context could be any wrestling promotion; however, there is a huge possibility that it is none other than Tony Khan's AEW.

Natalya's achievements in the WWE

In World Wrestling Entertainment, Natalya has bagged three major titles until now. This includes the Divas Championship, the SmackDown Women's Championship, and the Women's Tag Team Championship.

She won the Divas title back in 2010 at Survivor Series by defeating LayCool, aka Michelle McCool. At SummerSlam 2017, 'The Queen of Harts' defeated Naomi to become the SmackDown Women's Champion. Furthermore, she held the Women's Tag Team Championship with Tamina for more than 120 days.

Natalya is married to retired Canadian professional wrestler Tyson Kidd.
