The 2024 AEW All Out PPV took place at the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, this past Saturday (September 7). It was an action-packed event that saw many stars leave the ring bloody and bruised. A major star was seemingly injured badly after the recent event. The star in question is one-half of The Young Bucks, Matthew Jackson.
The Young Bucks defended their AEW World Tag Team Championship against Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta this past weekend. The EVPs managed to retain their gold after a thrilling battle.
Later, Matthew Jackson took to his Instagram Stories and revealed that he was ''banged up'' after All Out 2024. Matthew also posted a picture of his bruised face and claimed that he does it for ''the love of the game.''
"Came out more banged up than anyone else last night. But what can I say? I do it for the love of the game," Matthew Jackson wrote.

The Young Bucks had a rough night before the 2024 AEW All Out event
Ahead of the All Out pay-per-view, The Elite (Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Jack Perry, and Kazuchika Okada) locked horns with reigning AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and PAC in an eight-man tag match on the September 6, 2024, episode of Collision.
After a grueling bout that lasted for close to half an hour (28:50 minutes to be exact), PAC, Danielson, Castagnoli, and Yuta grabbed a victory over The Elite members.
However, The Young Bucks came back in stunning style during their World Tag Team Championship match against Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta at the All Out PPV. Later in the night, Castagnoli and Jon Moxley betrayed The American Dragon after Danielson retained his title against Jack Perry.
