A major AEW star wasted little time getting out of an interview he clearly had no interest in being a part of. While the act of defiance fits the star's character, he left the interviewer looking frazzled and confused by what took place.
WhatCulture's Simon Miller is one of the most beloved wrestling personalities on the internet. He is best known for his "Ups & Downs" segments on YouTube and his cheery personality. Miller is also a professional wrestler in his own right and has competed in many independent promotions.
In a recent interview with AEW's HOOK, Miller looked to get the ball rolling by asking the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil a simple question: "How are you doing today?"
However, Miller should have known better than to bore the FTW Champion with simple niceties, as HOOK immediately walked off from the interview, presumably to do something more interesting.
From his time on AEW programming, it is clear that Taz's son is only interested in eating chips and beating people up. So, all things considered, Simon may have gotten off lightly in this exchange. Nonetheless, the perplexed look on Miller's face made for an entertaining piece of content.
HOOK was part of a unique match on AEW Rampage
Speaking of beating people up, HOOK was part of the winning team that won the Firm Deletion match on the most recent episode of Rampage. He teamed up with Matt Hardy, Isiah Kassidy, and Jeff Hardy to defeat Ethan Page, Lee Moriarty, Big Bill, and Stokely Hathaway.
The bout served as Jeff Hardy's first match in 11 months and was a rather unconventional way to reintroduce The Charismatic Enigma to competition. The entire cinematic affair took place at the Hardy Compound and featured some humorous events layered between the action.
With all parties now freed from this storyline, fans will have to wait and see what Tony Khan has in store for these talents.
