During the latest edition of AEW Collision, Chris Jericho was blindsided and got into a fight with several top stars. The Learning Tree, along with his branches, was featured in several segments tonight as he went around the arena and looked for people to give "advice" and pointers as part of his goal of spreading knowledge to others.
During their third backstage segment of the night, they were looking to operate a Zamboni machine, a device used to clean ice for hockey rinks. Chris Jericho wanted to demonstrate how to use this to his branches, but upon going to the storage room to get the keys, they were jumped by Samoa Joe, HOOK, and Katsuyori Shibata.
The trio has a bone to pick with The Learning Tree, and they have even dropped a challenge for a match against them at Forbidden Door pay-per-view. This brawl went down from backstage all the way to the inside of the arena as they continued the brawl at ringside.
Eventually, Chris Jericho and his group would fall as there was a clear numbers disadvantage. Apart from Big Bill, he had Bryan Keith who was handicapped and in a cast with an arm injury.
If not for Jeff Cobb arriving at the scene and shifting things in their direction, it could have been worse for the Learning Tree.
