Hangman Page has once more gotten involved in a backstage fight during tonight's edition of AEW Dynamite. This comes mere days since the last one he was in.

Tonight, the former AEW World Champion was booked for a match against Jay Lethal. The veteran wished for a chance to get retribution for himself and his longtime friend Jeff Jarrett getting blindsided by Hangman last week after Dynamite went off the air.
While they were backstage with Renee Paquette moments before the match, Hangman Page emerged the same way he did last week, blindsiding the WWE Hall of Famer. He then went after Lethal as well and dragged him into the arena in a single camera shot.

Page wanted to dish out as much punishment to his opponent as he could before their match officially began within the confines of the ring.
Once Jay Lethal came to his senses, he was able to put on a show, as he opened their match with five Suicide Dives to the outside. However, despite early momentum, Hangman Page would easily turn the match in his favor and eventually hit his Buckshot Lariat for another win.
After two straight backstage attacks so far, it remains to be seen whether Jeff Jarrett himself finally retaliates.

If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
