AEW Executive Christopher Daniels was recently involved in a major brawl between two bitter rivals on this week's Collision. This even spilled over to the commentators' area.
The feud between Toni Storm and Mariah May is becoming more intense each passing week as they set to battle each other at All In in a few weeks. The Timeless star was set for action on this week's Collision. The Glamour was first to enter the arena as she made her way over to the commentary desk to watch her "idol" in action. Storm then came out for her match but instead of making her way to the ring, she snuck behind Mariah and blindsided her, igniting a brawl between them.
The two could not be separated, which prompted AEW Interim EVP Christopher Daniels to come out and move May away from Storm. While he was giving her an earful, he became collateral damage as both he and Mariah were hit by a Diving Crossbody from Toni out of nowhere.
Eventually, Toni Storm's opponent for the night who was a local competitor whose name was not disclosed blindsided her and dragged her into the ring. This was the wrong move as when the AEW Women's World Champion came to her senses she would hit a flurry of moves including the Storm Zero to secure her win.
She now holds heavy momentum heading into her match against Mariah May at All In in a few weeks.
