Wheeler Yuta has been going through a compelling character arc in AEW since his heel turn some time ago. Jon Moxley has now remarked on the budding star's allegiance on this week's episode of Dynamite.

The November 6, 2024, edition of Dynamite featured a tag team bout pitting Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin against Claudio Castagnoli and PAC. The match ended in a disqualification after other members of The Death Riders intervened, attacking the Freshly Squeezed star and the former TNT Champion.
The heel group's ambush would be stopped by the arrival of Cassidy's stable-mates from The Conglomeration. However, as The Death Riders were leaving the arena, AEW World Champion Jon Moxley cut a fiery promo calling out Orange Cassidy for evoking his past friendship with Wheeler Yuta, declaring that the former ROH Pure Champion was his soldier and owed his loyalty to nobody else - not even his former mentor Bryan Danielson.

"Being a nice guy doesn't buy loyalty. Money doesn't buy loyalty. Only a cause buys loyalty. He is not your friend. He is not your student. He doesn't belong to you, or Bryan Danielson, or anybody else. He is a soldier under my command," said Moxley.
It remains to be seen whether Yuta will be involved in Moxley's upcoming AEW World Championship defense against Orange Cassidy at Full Gear 2024.
