A major AEW star who was last seen in action 744 days ago made her blockbuster debut on the latest edition of Collision. This was a great way for her to stake her claim back in the ring.

The star in question is none other than Penelope Ford. The 32-year-old was last seen in action on October 12, 2022, when she teamed up with Kip Sabian to defeat Jeremy Prophet and Jessika Neri in an AEW Dark Elevation taping.

She had been out since then with an injury but returned to television on the October 8, 2024, episode of Dynamite. Tonight on Collision, she made her in-ring return in a match against Robyn Renegade. The match had a lot of back-and-forth action, but Ford showed no sign of ring rust as she got to work quickly.

She won the match with a submission and made it a successful return to the ring. After the bout, she was confronted by Jamie Hayter on the big screen. The former Women’s World Champion then challenged her to a match for AEW Dynamite on November 6.

That was because Penelope Ford has been attacking Jamie Hayter over the last few weeks. It has all come to a showdown, which will take place one week from now.
