Mariah May accidentally gets hit on her head with a champagne bottle; Toni Storm left stunned

Mariah May was involved in an unfortunate accident on the latest edition of AEW Dynamite. This might have repercussions come Forbidden Door when Toni Storm will go head to head against Mina Shirakawa.

This week, May, Storm, and Shirakawa teamed up to take on The Outcasts in a trios match, and it went according to plan as far as May was concerned. Despite the struggles during the match, Shirakawa ensured that she got the win for her team after she pinned Harley Cameron with a Mina Driver.

After that, Mariah May moved to ease the tension between her two friends and opened a bottle of champagne and raised a toast. Soon after, May and Toni were talking when Shirakawa accidentally busted the bottle on her friend's head.

That shocked her, and Toni Storm did not know what to do and was left scrambling when medical personnel came running to attend to Mariah May. It will be interesting to see what will come of this, as it could lead Mariah to take sides at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view on June 30.

Whether she takes either Toni’s or Shirakawa’s side will be crucial in determining who wins the match. Regardless, it should be a great show.
