A top AEW star has been spotted with WWE legend Hulk Hogan. The name in question is none other than Adam Copeland, who was present with The Hulkster at the IAAPA 2024 product launch event.

Hulk Hogan was AEW star Adam Copeland's childhood hero growing up. The 71-year-old and Adam Copeland (fka Edge) were also a tag team in WWE in 2002. The brief alliance between the Hall of Famers brought them gold as they captured the Tag Team Championship. However, they lost the title after 16 days.

On Instagram, former AEW TNT Champion Adam Copeland reposted a story from his appearance at the IAAPA 2024 launch event. The veteran was joined by Hulk Hogan and some other notable names.

Hulk Hogan slammed Adam Copeland's AEW Double or Nothing move

Adam Copeland sustained an injury after diving off the top of a cage during his Barbed Wire Steel Cage match against Malakai Black at AEW Double or Nothing. The Rated-R Superstar has been out of action since then. However, recent reports have revealed that he has been cleared to return.

On the Outbound Life podcast, Hulk Hogan was furious about Adam Copeland’s decision to perform the high-risk move and demanded answers from his former tag team partner. He claimed that Copeland was already a top star and he didn't need to execute the maneuver.

"I watched Edge [Copeland] jump off the cage the other night. I haven’t talked to him yet, but trained professional. Twilight of his career. Jumps off the top. Please explain that to me. He’s over. Most guys who do that go up and do it because they are not over enough. Edge was over. To do that, I just don’t get it. I haven’t called him yet. I was going to call him last night, but I fell asleep. I just want to know, ‘Please explain that to me. You’re over like a son of a gun. You didn’t need to do that. You didn’t need to go up there,’" Hogan said. [H/T: Ringside News]

Fans will have to wait and see when Adam Copeland returns to action in All Elite Wrestling.
