A massive hint has been brought to light, that seems to indicate that AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery are close to agreeing on a deal. This comes after there were concerns about the partnership from both parties.
Ever since its inception, All Elite Wrestling has been part of the WBD family. Over the years, they have expanded their programming to include two more weekly shows called Rampage and Collision. While the Tony Khan-led promotion started strongly, the company has experienced a massive downfall in viewers recently which has been a cause for concern among the fans.
Hence, many thought that the deal between Khan's promotion, and WBD would be coming to an end, with the latter not willing to renew the contract. However, that doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
A user pointed out on social media platform X (fka Twitter) that AEW content is starting to show on HBO Max internationally. However, the promotion's shows are not showing in the US. This could be a massive hint that both parties have finally agreed to a new deal.
"OH MY GOD... AEW content has started to load up on MAX. The US version is not live yet but many have confirmed that the catalogue has begun showing up internationally. Looks like that AEW renewal with WBD is a DONE DEAL," wrote the user.

AEW All In 2024 ticket sales have not moved in a while
AEW is gearing up to host one of its biggest PPVs of the year- All In. Like last year, this year's show will take place in London and a few matches have already been announced for the show. While the PPV broke many records last year, it raised the bar for this year. However, there has been a disappointing update about the ticket sales.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, ticket sales have not moved an inch after reaching 40,694. However, if they continue to move in the upward direction, then there is a likelihood of crossing the 58,000 mark. This would, then make All In 2024, the largest paying crowd for a wrestling show this year, surpassing even WrestleMania 40 and Royal Rumble.
"As noted last week, there were those in AEW claiming more than 45,000 paid. But the 40,000 mark on WrestleTix has been holding and not gaining since a week after tickets were put on sale. It’s already the fourth-largest crowd for pro wrestling ever in the U.K., and needs to hit 53,999 to reach third. A 58,000 paid number would make it the largest paid crowd for any show this year, beating WrestleMania and Royal Rumble. Cleveland Browns Stadium for a real sellout could hit 62,000 total and paid would be a little under 60,000 so it moves strongly it could hit Mania numbers. Wembley could break both but the lack of real ticket movement in months seems to lower the odds." - reported WON.
It will be interesting to see if more tickets are sold as the date for All In draws closer.
