Matt Hardy recently reacted to a former AEW star making his WWE debut. The star being discussed is Ethan Page.
Matt left the Tony Khan-led promotion in April 2024 and is currently a free agent. Also, he has been performing with TNA Wrestling. He and Page alongside Isiah Cassidy joined forces briefly in late 2022 as The Hardty Party. All Ego has been one of the most underrated stars AEW had. The 34-year-old star wrestled his last match in December 2023 and departed the company in May 2024.
Ethan Page made his shocking debut on the latest edition of the NXT show and attacked Trick Williams in the ending moments of the show. Since his debut, many stars have been wishing him luck for his next venture.
Recently, Matt Hardy took to Instagram and congratulated him on his NXT debut.

Matt Hardy reveals why he left AEW
The legendary tag team star left AEW in April 2024 and is currently part of the promotion's world title picture.
Last month on his Extreme Life with Matt Hardy podcast, the 49-year-old star revealed he didn't renew his contract because he wanted a substantial role on TV, which he didn't get.
"I think the reason that I did not re-sign with AEW initially was because I want to play a more substantial [role] in what AEW is doing going forward, especially for me on TV. I want to be in something that is important, that is captivating, because that's what I want, especially with only a few years left to do this," said Hardy.
It will be interesting to see if Matt will re-sign with AEW in the future or if he will return to WWE.
