The 29-year-old star has been built as a powerhouse in the Jacksonville-based promotion for many months. Kris was a heel during her rivalry with Willow Nightingale. After their feud, she began her journey to recapture the TBS Championship held by The CEO.
The TBS Champion has held the title since May 2024 and has had incredible defenses. She has retained her championship against Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, Skye Blue, and others. Mone has cemented her legacy as one of the top TBS Champions in AEW. However, Mercedes Mone might face her biggest challenge at Full Gear when she faces Statlander.
