Mercedes Moné calls returning AEW star a “b**ch” for stealing her spotlight 

Mercedes Moné has just called out a certain star and accused her of stealing her spotlight after her return to AEW earlier tonight at the Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View. This would be Britt Baker.

After winning against Stephanie Vaquer and becoming a double champion, holding both the TBS Championship and the NJPW Strong Women's title, Moné's celebrations were short-lived as she was interrupted by the returning Baker. The former AEW Women's Champion came out to the ramp to greet the crowd, and afterward, immediately went backstage without even acknowledging The CEO.

During the Forbidden Door media scrum, Mercedes Moné was asked about the stars who may come after her seeing as she now has a big target on her back being a double champion. She answered by bringing up how someone had already stolen her spotlight earlier tonight, but she wasn't thinking of that as of now and she wanted to just celebrate her win.

"Well, I know a certain b**ch wanted to come out and decided to steal my spotlight tonight," Moné said.

Later on in the scrum, Mercedes Moné would drop a challenge for next week's edition of Dynamite for any woman on the roster who wished to step up to her and attempt to steal her spotlight. It remains to be seen if this ends up being the time for Baker and Mercedes to meet face-to-face.
