AEW star, Mercedes Mone has expressed an interest in having a match against a top heel. The star in question also recently won a major championship bout.

She also named Kris Statlander, Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, and Thunder Rosa as other possible opponents. She also noted that the Jacksonville-based promotion had gone global and that possibilities now were endless.
"Mariah May has the [AEW Women's] championship, so I'd love to face her. Toni Storm is incredible, Thunder Rosa, Kris Statlander, Jamie Hayter just made her return at All In, so I'd love to step in the ring with her. The dreams are endless at AEW. It's not only the AEW roster, I also get to face the Stardom roster, the CMLL roster. AEW is going global. Any woman who wants to come after my championships, I'm always ready," she said. Mercedes Mone revealed that Bianca Belair was almost in tears before their match
Before signing with AEW, Mercedes Mone wrestled for WWE under the name, Sasha Banks. During her time with the company, Mone achieved a lot of success and became a household name. She also competed in several historic matches.
At WrestleMania 37, she got to main event Night One with Bianca Belair. During an interview with WTOP, Mone revealed that Bianca Belair was almost in tears before their historic match could start.
"It was so emotional. That was one of my biggest dreams since I was 10 years old, but it was so big I didn’t think it was possible, then here I was at WrestleMania 37 in the middle of the ring looking at Bianca [Belair] like, wow, we are doing this. This is so much bigger than us, bigger than wrestling. That moment was so special. The way she looked at me, I was like, girl, you better stop before I start bawling and we slip in the ring from our tears," she said. [H/T: Post Wrestling]
