Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) made a huge announcement on AEW Collision. It could have huge ramifications with Worlds End 2024 right around the corner.

The former WWE star came out after Kris Statlander beat Penelope Ford in a rather convincing fashion. After the match ended, Mercedes Mone started talking down to Statlander and referenced their past showdowns.

Mone later made a bold claim and announced that she would defend her TBS Title against Statlander at Worlds End on December 28.

“Kris, after the year I have been having, I was planning on taking Worlds End off. I mean I was planning on going to the Ritz in Boston. But since it's the holiday season and I feel like being nice and I mean, I already beat you once. So, I am going to beat you twice. So Kris at Worlds End again, I am going to show you that money changes everything because I am the greatest TBS Champion of all time.”

It will be great to see the upcoming match given the history Kris Statlander has with the TBS Title and the fact that Mercedes Mone has held the gold for such a long time. AEW Worlds End will take place at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.
