Mercedes Moné was recently spotted making a huge appearance outside AEW. She was present at the NBA finals which took place on Monday night. The Boston Celtics took on the Dallas Mavericks, with the Celtics claiming victory 106-88 to bag the title for a record 18th time.
After the former Sasha Banks' hometown team grabbed victory she posted a video hyping the win. The video featured her amidst the celebration party. Her friend Trinity Fatu (aka Naomi) reacted to the video on X.
She tweeted, "I love this for you [laughing emoji and clapping emoji x6]."

Bayley misses Mercedes Moné in WWE
Speaking to Denise Salcedo in an interview, Bayley stated she misses Mercedes Moné in WWE. She said that wrestling doesn't feel the same without her former tag team partner being with her in the promotion.
She said, "I'm so excited to see [Mercedes Moné] take this to the next level, as much as I miss having her here. Wrestling to me still feels weird without her but it's like I have her in a different way where I can tell her what's going on here and what I need help with and what I'm trying to do to make it better over here and the same goes for her. So, it's kind of nice that we are able to help and grow in two different companies and separately. So, I think in a way it's kind of better, you know."
The WWE Women's Champion and AEW TBS Champion have maintained a solid friendship despite no longer being in the same promotion. They have been close friends since their early days at the Stamford-based promotion.
They are always there to support each other. In March, Bayley took a trip to Dynamite: Big Business to see her friend's AEW debut. She was also present at Moné's NJPW debut.
