Mercedes Mone, aka Sasha Banks, mocked a two-time WWE Hall of Famer on AEW Dynamite. This instance has no doubt infuriated fans.

The star in question is Bret Hart. Mone, the current TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion, seemingly fully embraced her heel persona with a message to the fans.

On Dynamite, she obnoxiously spoke about her achievements and stole the WWE Hall of Famer's catchphrase.

“So before we celebrate, I wanna set the record straight about the past, the present, and the future. Because these two titles and everybody here knows that I am the past, the present, and the future. 'Cause I am the best there was, the best there is, and the best that there ever will be,” said Mercedes.

Despite being a WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart appeared in AEW in 2019 as he unveiled the new AEW World Championship at Double or Nothing. It was an incredible gesture by Bret in what was then a relatively new company.

As for Mercedes Mone, going by what she said in her promo today, fans can expect more of the same as she fully embraces being a heel.
