Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks, recently revealed her favorite opponent of all time. That would be Bayley, who is the current WWE Women's Champion.
Mercedes was one of the top stars in WWE for nearly a decade. Throughout her career, she and Bayley battled in many contests on NXT as well as on the main roster. The duo are also known to be good friends in real life. In 2022, the former RAW Women's Champion left WWE along with Naomi seemingly due to creative differences.
The CEO made her debut in AEW at Dynamite: Big Business in March 2024 and has been a top star since then. She will defend her TBS Championship against Stephanie Vaquer at the Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View this Sunday. The duo faced each other for the first time in May 2023.
While speaking with WFAN, Mercedes Mone claimed that Bayley was her favorite opponent of all time. However, she also said that it might change this Sunday as Stephanie could top the SmackDown Superstar.
"That's easy for me. Bayley is my favorite opponent of all time. But I really think, this Sunday, I don't know she (Stephanie Vaquer) might surpass that. When I wrestled Stephanie last year, I was like, 'Oh! this girl is good!' I never wrestled her before. I just stepped into the ring, she has a different language, we kind of speak the same language. But just the universal language of wrestling, from a lock up alone, like, 'Oh! this girl is good!' She's not gonna like that at all," Mercedes Mone said. [00:04 - 00:33]

What the future has in store for The CEO remains to be seen.
WWE Superstar Bayley talks about having one more match with Mercedes Mone
Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Mone, and Bayley were arch nemesis in WWE. However, the duo also teamed up together as the Boss 'n' Hug Connection. After The Role Model betrayed The CEO in 2021, the duo fought in a series of bouts.
While speaking with Sports Illustrated, the current WWE Women's Champion said that she would like to have one more match with Mercedes Mone in the future.
"We’ll always be destined for one more match...Our next match will never be our last. We’re ‘The Brooklyn Girls.' We’re going to live on forever because of that match, and it’s something we can carry on forever," Bayley said.
Only time will tell if the two stars will come face-to-face somewhere down the line.
