Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) viciously attacks former AEW champion; officials concerned

Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) viciously attacked a former AEW champion on Collision, which left the officials concerned. This will no doubt lead to a bigger feud in the near future. The star in question is none other than Kris Statlander.

Statlander and Mercedes Mone have been going at it for quite a few weeks now, and two weeks back, the former also defeated Kamille on Fright Night Dynamite.

The former AEW TBS Champion had a dominant showing against Ashley Vox on this week's Collision and she won the match. After the bout, Mone came out and launched a surprise attack on Kris. The AEW TBS Champion hit Statlander with a backstabber and locked her in a submission lock and did not let go for a long time.

The former WWE star then let go of Statlander after a few officials came running out to the ring for the rescue. The two women will go head to head for the TBS title in two weeks at AEW Full Gear pay-per-view. It will be interesting to see if Kamille will be in Mone’s corner after she was recently banished to the dog house.

As for Kris Statlander, she will want to get back at Mercedes Mone, and the only proper way of doing it would be to win the title from her.
