A WWE Personality shared his thoughts on MJF's heel turn on AEW Dynamite last week. The analyst also reflected on his road ahead as a heel.
On AEW Dynamite last week, Maxwell Jacob Friedman shocked everyone by assaulting Daniel Garcia and turning heel by sending him to the hospital. The former AEW world champion also explained his actions in a heel promo on Collision last Saturday.
Meanwhile, the current WWE analyst in question, Sam Roberts reflected on how this time MJF's heel run will have a different dynamic than the last time. Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts stated the following:
"It's going to be a tough road I would say for MJF because MJF's original heel run was based on the fact that this young guy thought he was... claimed to be the biggest star in the company. The problem is now he claims to be the biggest star in the company and he is the biggest star in the company. So it's a totally different dynamic, that said, the longer I listened to his promo on Collision, the more I liked it." [51:19-51:51]

WWE personality on MJF turning on Daniel Garcia on AEW Dynamite
As mentioned earlier, MJF attacked Daniel Garcia to make his heel intentions clear last week on AEW Dynamite. Sam Roberts also reflected on how Max was getting cheered despite his heel turn:
"So he turned on Daniel Garcia on Dynamite, and that's where I was like I don't know, 'cause they were literally in Daniel Garcia's hometown, and after turning on him, kicking him on the nuts, punching him with the ring, leaving him bloody, there were still people in Daniel Garcia's hometown chanting "MJF, MJF," and that does not take anything away from Daniel Garcia, it is just because MJF is that big of a star." Moreover, MJF has called out Will Ospreay aside from Daniel Garcia after his shocking heel turn last week on Collision. It remains to be seen where the story is going for The Devil.
