AEW star MJF made a massive revelation about a top star on tonight's edition of Dynamite. The Salt of the Earth disclosed the contract details of Jeff Jarrett on the show. The former AEW World Champion ended his rivalry with Adam Cole at Worlds End pay-per-view. Last week, he declared he would go after Jon Moxley and his world title.
On the debut Dynamite edition of Max, Jeff Jarrett made his way to the ring as he claimed to make a major announcement. The veteran announced that he recently re-signed with AEW and plans to go after the world title. Double J also inserted himself in the Casino Gauntlet match. Unfortunately, on tonight's Dynamite, he failed to win.
Following the bout, MJF confronted him. A few minutes into the segment, Maxwell commented on Jarrett's contractual details. The former claimed the veteran had signed a one-year deal with the Jacksonville-based promotion. The Salt of the Earth also claimed that Jeff had only one year to prove his worth and, therefore, proposed a deal.
MJF claimed that if he helped Double J capture the world title, the former would be the first in line to get an AEW World Championship shot. However, Jeff declined the offer. It will be interesting to see what will be next for Friedman now that the veteran declined his offer.
