MJF responds to fan calling him out for copying Liv Morgan

MJF is known as one of AEW's most brash wrestlers on the roster if not all of pro wrestling. The former World Champion has turned up his social media antics since returning earlier this year, and today he's made noise by reacting to a fan who accused him of copying WWE's Liv Morgan.

AEW's American Champion is set to face Kyle Fletcher on Wednesday's Dynamite as a warm-up for Will Ospreay at All In. MJF has taken social media shots at Fletcher all week. The Women's World Champion Liv Morgan is tied into the shenanigans on X/Twitter because of her catchphrase - Cry About It.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman took to X/Twitter today and wrote about how he will Kangaroo kick Fletcher back to Australia on Dynamite. A fan responded and jokingly predicted we would see The Aussie Arrow knock Friedman's hairline into the fourth row. The AEW Original responded and used three words that Liv happens to use as her signature taunt.

"Kyle su*ks. Easy dub. Cry about it," Friedman wrote to the fan.

The fan replied and accused MJF of thinking he was Liv Morgan. He referred to the Dynamite Diamond Ring holder as "blud," which is the Jamaican slang word that has become a term of endearment in the UK. Friedman wrote back with a short reply that still got his point across.

"Blud?" Friedman wrote back.

MJF has had several brutal exchanges with fans on social media today. He is set to defend the American Championship against Ospreay at All In on August 25.

MJF and more set for this week's AEW Dynamite

The build to AEW's second annual All In pay-per-view will continue this Wednesday. Dynamite on TBS is set to air live from LJVM Coliseum in Winston-Salem, NC.

Officials have announced that Chris Jericho is to do commentary for Bryan Keith vs. Katsuyori Shibata. The FTW Champion will be there to support Learning Tree member Keith. Below is the updated Dynamite lineup:

• Title Eliminator: AEW American Champion MJF vs. Kyle Fletcher
• Anything Goes: Bryan Danielson vs. Jeff Jarrett (Special Ringside Guest: Ricky Steamboat)

No matches have been announced for Friday's Rampage, which is also taping on Wednesday. Saturday's live Collision will feature a Texas Bull Rope Match between Thunder Rosa and Deonna Purrazzo.
