MJF had a confrontation with a WWE legend this week on AEW Dynamite. He is now unhappy with how the segment went for him.

Jeff Jarrett is a legend in the world of professional wrestling. He has had a long career spanning a couple of decades and has worked with some of the best promotions in the world like TNA, WWE, and AEW. Last week, Jarrett announced that he had signed his last contract as an active professional wrestler and he made his intentions clear that he wanted to win the AEW World Championship before retirement.

This week on Dynamite, Jeff Jarrett was reflecting on his career when he was interrupted by MJF who mocked the wrestling legend's age. He even offered to help Jarrett win the World Title in exchange for the first title shot. However, the WWE legend rejected Maxwell's offer.

This didn't sit well with the former AEW World Champion who took to social media to express his disappointment.

Bully Ray says there was one problem with MJF and Jeff Jarrett's segment from AEW Dynamite

Maxwell Jacob Friedman is one of the best performers when it comes to his mic skills. He is so good at garnering a reaction from the fans with his immaculate timing. However, this week's segment with Jeff Jarrett failed to get the intended crowd reaction from the fans probably due to the lack of attendance in the arena. Even Bully Ray pointed out this flaw with the segment.

Speaking on the Busted Open After Dark, Bully Ray said that the poor attendance hurt the segment since the stars were not able to give their best performance:

"I thought this segment was good at best. I was looking for a lot more emotion. Now, I don't know if the lack of people in the arena is starting to affect some of the performers. Now you never hear me bust AEW's chops about the houses... So there's about 2500 people in the arena tonight and those 2500 people deserved to see the best show that they possibly can."

It will be interesting to see if this angle will lead to a feud between MJF and Jeff Jarrett down the line.
