Fans wildly speculated as a former WWE star was reported to be present backstage at the AEW Worlds End pay-per-view tonight. He has been absent from the promotion for over two months.

Bryan Danielson's arch-nemesis Jon Moxley is scheduled to defend the AEW World Championship in a Four Way Match. The former WWE Champion hasn't been seen in the company since WrestleDream on October 12. On the show, he had an epic battle with Jon Moxley for the title and failed to defend it. Following the clash, he was decimated by the Death Riders and was stretchered out from the Tacoma Doma as the faction targeted his already hurt neck.

Bryan Danielson was slated to undergo surgery after retirement as a full-time wrestler but hasn't yet. He recently appeared at the Countdown to All In: Texas and confirmed that he will be present on the show. He also stated uncertainty over his wrestling status.

A new report claimed that the American Dragon was present backstage at the Worlds End pay-per-view and many are speculating whether he will make a public appearance at the event.

Fans believe Bryan Danielson might interfere in the Four Way Match when Moxley defends his title against Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and Hangman Page.

WWE star Kofi Kingston heaps praise for AEW's Bryan Danielson

The American Dragon has been one of the most captivating wrestlers in the pro wrestling industry. Recently, WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston spoke highly of Bryan Danielson.

While speaking with In The Kliq, Kingston claimed that the former AEW World Champion was among the 'top five of all time'.

"Daniel Bryan [Bryan Danielson], I think, is one of the greatest. He's got to be one of the top five of all time for a lot of different reasons. Just his resilience. He's a guy that broke his neck and came back. People said he wasn't going to do it, but you have to admire someone that can do that," Kingston said.
