MVP has shared a three-word message after Swerve Strickland rejected his offer to join The Hurt Syndicate at AEW WrestleDream 2024. This is seemingly a huge blow to the 50-year-old veteran.
Shelton Benjamin and MVP came face-to-face with Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana in the ring, demanding the former AEW World Champion join their faction. Initially, it looked like Swerve Strickland would accept MVP's proposal. However, The Realest hit back at the duo by saying Prince Nana was his family and he would never turn his back on his family.
MVP was annoyed at Strickland's response and took to X/Twitter to express his dissatisfaction. He wrote:
“Bad business decision…”
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
It seems like Strickland has decided that he will continue to work with Nana regardless of the former United States Champion's appealing offer. Things will get interesting if Bobby Lashley joins the company and combines forces with MVP and Shelton Benjamin. Recent reports have indicated that The All Mighty has already inked a deal with the Tony Khan-led company.
This angle could set up a feud between the two-time WWE Champion and the former AEW World Champion.
