MVP has seemingly set his sights on another pair of stars for his new faction, offering them his services moments ago on AEW Dynamite. This would be The Acclaimed.
Previously, the veteran has made business pitches to the likes of Swerve Strickland, and Mercedes Moné. He received an answer from the former AEW World Champion last weekend at WrestleDream, when he was turned down. He has yet to receive a concrete response from The CEO.
While backstage moments ago on Dynamite, The Acclaimed came out to talk about them pulling off another pay-per-view win over MxM Collection. They revealed that now they would just be training for what was next for them. MVP suddenly appeared to offer Bowens and Caster his services and also gave them his business card. They too, however, turned him down.
As of now, only Shelton Benjamin has been revealed to be MVP's business partner, and Bobby Lashley is reported to be on the way to making his AEW debut. It remains to be seen at this point whether they decide to enlist more members to their faction.
Later tonight, Shelton is set to make his in-ring debut on the promotion, taking on Lio Rush, someone who is all too familiar with The All-Mighty. Fans should stay tuned to see whether Lashley finally makes an appearance in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
